Caldwell 62 (NGC 247) is a spiral galaxy located within the constellation Cetus.

C62 is best viewed during Winter, is magnitude 9.1*, and can be viewed with large binoculars. It is 20 x 7' in size. For reference, the full moon is 30' (arc minutes) in size.
